Tip: If a mat sits tight against the skin or the skin looks red or sore, see your veterinarian or a professional groomer — never cut mats out with scissors.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (supplements are the exception — see below). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@libertypaw.com with the reason for your return and to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is paid by the customer; approved replacements ship to you free. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or without an RMA# will not be accepted.

If you or your pup aren’t happy with a supplement for any reason, contact us at shop@libertypaw.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement — even if the jar has been opened.

Medium-to-long silky, wavy, soft-curly, wire, and combination coats on dogs and cats. The 1-inch rotating pins reach down to the skin to separate mats and loose hair without dragging.
The 7-inch comb has a longer, contoured handle and 51 one-inch pins for longer, thicker coats. The 5-inch comb is the compact detail comb for faces, ears, and quick touch-ups.
Each pin spins independently and moves with the hair, so there is far less friction and tugging than with a fixed-tooth comb. Work from the ends of the hair toward the skin for the gentlest result.
