We’re a small, family-run business—think of us as your friendly neighborhood pet shop, but online! Operated by real people (that’s us, David and Joe, the LibertyPaw team!), we’re dedicated to ensuring you and your pets are thrilled with every purchase. Our carefully curated products are chosen with love and tested by our own dogs to meet the highest standards of quality and durability. If it’s not good enough for our furry family members, it won’t be in our store.

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If anything about your order isn’t right, email us at shop@libertypaw.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund or a replacement — your choice. That includes our supplements, even after the jar is opened. For everything else, please keep the item in its original condition and packaging; we’ll send you a prepaid return label and an RMA number, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Gift cards, custom or personalized items, and anything marked Final Sale are the only exclusions. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Some products go further: our Maximus leash carries an unconditional lifetime guarantee, and our K-9 dryers are covered by a 2-year motor warranty. Those stack on top of the 30 days — they never replace it.
