We’re a small, family-run business—think of us as your friendly neighborhood pet shop, but online! Operated by a real person (that’s me, David, with Winston supervising!), we’re dedicated to ensuring you and your pets are thrilled with every purchase. Our carefully curated products are chosen with love and tested by our own dog, Winston, to meet the highest standards of quality and durability. If it’s not good enough for our furry family members, it won’t be in our store.

Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If anything about your order isn’t right, email us at shop@libertypaw.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund or a replacement — your choice. That includes our supplements, even after the jar is opened. For everything else, please keep the item in its original condition and packaging and contact us for an RMA number and return instructions. Return shipping is paid by you; approved replacements ship to you free, and there is no restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Gift cards, custom or personalized items, and anything marked Final Sale or clearance are the only exclusions. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Some products go further: our Liberty Tactical Leash carries an unconditional lifetime guarantee, which stacks on top of the 30 days — it never replaces it.

K-9 dryers have their own terms. They are built and shipped by the manufacturer, Electric Cleaner Company, which decides all dryer refunds, exchanges and repairs. Unused dryers in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. All shipping costs are non-refundable: the cost of return shipping is deducted from a refund, and on an exchange the cost to ship the replacement is invoiced to you and must be paid before it ships. A 10% restocking fee applies to returned dryers. Dryers also carry the manufacturer's warranty: 2 years on workmanship and/or motors, 90 days on all other parts. To return, exchange or repair a dryer, email shop@libertypaw.com for an RMA before sending it back.
