The K-9 III Variable draws 18 amps and requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit — it’s not made for a standard 15-amp GFCI outlet. Start low and bring the dial up to avoid a start-up amperage spike. For ordinary household wiring, look to the 15-amp K-9 I, Mini, or Fluffer.
Here’s what surprises most first-time buyers: a K-9 dryer has no heating element. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (supplements are the exception — see below). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or without an RMA# will not be accepted.
