The K-9 II Variable draws 17 amps and requires a dedicated 20-amp circuit — it’s not made for a standard 15-amp GFCI outlet. Start it at a low setting and ease the knob up to avoid an amperage spike. If you need a dryer for ordinary household wiring, the K-9 I, Mini, and Fluffer all run on 15 amps.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or without an RMA# will not be accepted.
